F.A.Q.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every event is individual and unique. Budget, location and themes always vary. Discussing your requirements means we can supply the most suitable acts, to meet your needs.
What type of entertainment?
With a few details, venue, numbers of guests etc... we can suggest appropriate entertainment that will make the most impact on your guests.
What happens after booking? When and how do I pay?
We will contract you and require a signature. Due to some unscrupulous individuals we now generally require payment in advance of the event so we can be punctual in paying our in house artists or suppliers. They excel with a superb performance, flexibility and loyalty so we like to reward them with prompt payment.
What about Insurance and Health and Safety?
We hold a public liability and indemnity insurance to the value of £5million. All of our artists/ acts are our in house performers and also hold their own public liability insurance, CRB Checked and are also vetted by us to ensure they have the correct and most up to date risk assessments and requirements. We do however advise many event organisers to consider purchasing separate event insurance. With regards to health and safety on Family Fun Days, we would suggest having a registered paramedic or attendance from St Johns Ambulance on site.
What to provide for performers?
Parking and a suitable changing area, where props can be left safely and refreshment breaks can be taken (a toilet is inappropriate). Light refreshment would be nice!
What area do you cover?
Location of the function is no problem. If the function is in the UK we have wheels and will travel!! We often perform worldwide, being based in the UK, so costing would be plus flights, travel, expenses and accommodation on top of the performance fee if necessary.
