Street Shows: New Age Magic Acts Performed Outdoors

Fast and the growing entertainment business have dictated the phase of shows everywhere. I for once saw some interesting shows on theatres, stages and the latest trend nowadays on the Streets. Those who are led to be impressed by this popular kind of magic shows are left amazed on what seems to be the new generation of magic performances; they dubbed it as “Street Magic” or Street Shows, kind of hard to ignore the fact that it has boomed like mortgage sales on an in demand state.

Popular Street Show acts have turn heads and known personalities have pushed the tempo a little bit higher by using the most diverse method on being notices, being televised. Street Shows have shown a great deal of increase in terms of the performers taking their acts on the very streets and blocks of our neighborhood. A lot of these so called “experts” and “professionals” have taken new heights on becoming vulnerable on their skills by letting the crowd get involve, but still maintain their own savvy on their talents.

Some capitalized on it by using national television; some even have DVDs on it and even pay-per-view Street Shows, but some just for the love of it, or do it for the people. It is fun and enjoyable to see someone step out of the commercial territory and try to come up a series of Street Shows to make the people do their best “ohhs” and “ahhs” on the daily. Some thought that having the gift of Magic is a great deal, so that sharing it or in this case performing it on the mere public in which one does not have to pay for entrance fees or tickets to watch them do their thing.

Like most of the Street Magicians, their Street Shows are rather limited just some peeks of what could be seen on their full-stage show. Although others who sells their full act but then ask for donations have scored through some popular sites such as New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and other metros which has a popular in-demand crowd. Some of them are rarely seen, because they prefer to be in mystery as most of them do.

Street Shows used to be hard to find, you’re in luck if one comes your way, but as the entertainment biz becomes bigger than it already is the Street Shows becomes an average attraction, although it doesn’t necessarily boast big names, sometimes it does, but most of the time it is just average magicians who wants to establish a name for themselves by conducting this so called Street Shows.

A lot has change during the traditional magic shows that we are familiar with, back in the day, which by the way the peek of magic entertainment, we only see this acts on stage or in some venues, sometimes we get to watch it on television but most of the time it is best viewed live. But now the so called “new-age” Street Shows have established their acts on some unexpected venues that mostly caught the audience off-hand. It always gets the “art of surprise” in full use for that matter.
